What the $2,000/month covers.

The $2,000 monthly management fee covers up to $6,000 per month in ad spend (roughly $200 a day). That is the working budget we manage for you at this price.

When you are ready to scale past that, anything above $6,000 in monthly ad spend carries a 20% surcharge on the additional spend only, not on the whole budget. So if you run $8,000 in a month, the 20% applies to the $2,000 above the cap, which comes out to $400. Your ad spend is always paid to Meta directly. We will confirm the numbers with you before you scale up, so there are no surprises.

For context, typical agency clients are spending anywhere from $100 to $1,000 per day, so most scale past the included budget at some point. The surcharge is simply how that additional spend is priced.

How we work together day to day.

Most of our communication happens asynchronously through email or Slack, and that is by design. Async keeps things moving fast and efficient. You get answers and changes without waiting on a scheduled call, and we spend our time optimizing your account instead of sitting in meetings.

  • WeeklyYou grade your leads every week. This is required. That weekly feedback loop is how we know whether lead quality is where it should be or whether the targeting and creative need adjusting.
  • OngoingLeads are delivered automatically to a shared Google Sheet and pushed into your CRM. From there you and our team review them together to grade quality and set the next action items.

A note on small geographic targets.

If you want to target a very small geographic area, for example only one county, there may be an additional charge. Smaller geos demand more creative volume (more videos, images, and ad variations) to keep the audience from burning out. We'll scope this on the call.
